Kitchen Knife Sharpening Rates
Straightforward pricing for professional kitchen knife sharpening in Medina and Gibson County. Final pricing is confirmed during intake after we inspect each knife.

Final pricing depends on blade condition, repairs needed, and whether the knife
has a straight or serrated edge.
Serrated Bread Knives
Flat Rate $15 per knife
Serrated edges require a specialized, mostly manual sharpening process. Final pricing may depend on the serration style and condition.
Service Details
Repairs
Significant tip repair, deep chip removal, heavy rust cleaning, or reshaping may require additional labor. A final quote will be provided during physical intake.
Steel Types
We sharpen everything from standard German stainless to higher-end Japanese carbon steels. If you have an ultra-hard steel such as ZDP-189 or R2, please mention it at drop-off.
Ceramic Knives
We do not currently accept ceramic knives for sharpening due to their extreme fragility and specialized sharpening requirements.
Kitchen Cutlery Focus
To maintain quality and turnaround time, we are currently focused on kitchen cutlery. Pocket knives, outdoor knives, EDC blades, and scissors are not currently accepted.
