Customer Portal

If you use our Customer Portal, your account stores information related to your sharpening history, invoices, uploaded documents, and, when available, before-and-after photographs of your knives.

Information Sharing

• PayPal and Stripe process online payments. Your card or account details go directly to them; we don't see or store full card numbers.
• Cloudflare protects this website and runs the security check on our forms.
• Google supplies the Google reviews shown on our Testimonials page. When that page loads, your browser may load reviewer photos from Google.
• Our web hosting and email providers store this website and its data, and deliver our emails to you.

Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your customer account, service history, photographs, and messages until you ask us to remove them, so your records are available if you return for service. When you ask, we'll delete or anonymize your information, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons, such as payment records.

Your Choices: See, Correct, or Delete Your Information

You can review and update much of your information in your Customer Portal. To see everything we hold about you, correct something, remove a testimonial, or have your information deleted, contact us by phone, text, or email. We may need to confirm your identity before making changes, and we'll respond promptly.

Children

Our services and this website are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect your information. While no system can guarantee complete security, we work to safeguard the information you entrust to us.
